- We offer all the features of our service to all our pricing plans. The pricing plans differ based on the usage per month.
- What do I get in free trial?
- During the free trial you will get to use every feature for the first 14 days after your signup.
- What is group video calling?
- Customers using 1Click can create virtual rooms in which upto 8 participants can join face to face with video and voice. The max number of participants in a room vary based on the pricing plan selected. In addition, we support ad-hoc calling, in which the invited participants need not sign up. The invited participant has to click on the personalized conference room link and they are in a video call . It is truly a 1Click experience.
- Do you have an API and SDK?
- Yes. We provide API and SDK. Using these you can seamlessly integrate 1Click into your website or mobile application to enable video calling right on the website or the mobile app. Our video calling software 1Click is completely cloud based so you need not worry about any additional infrastructure. - Do you provide customized layout for video conferencing?
- Yes. Currently this feature is available only for enterprises. Please contact our sales team for further details.
- How many Documents can I share?
- Currently you can share upto 2 documents at any moment in your virtual room.
- Are there any additional costs or hidden fee?
- No. The prices above are all inclusive. There is no extra setup cost, support cost, per user cost, or termination fee.
- What does concurrent sessions mean?
- Unlike other cloud based video calling software, 1Click offers an unique opportunity for businesses to conduct multiple online video conversations concurrently. Every plan offers your MORE than one virtual room for you to use concurrently.
- How is the usage measured for group calling?
- The usage of our virtual rooms is measured on the basis of per minute per room. Not per participant per room. We believe our users should have a simplified pricing on per usage without worrying about the number of participants in the room. E.g. 30 hours/month Basic plan will let 4 participants use one virtual room for 1 hour/day for 30 days.
- Can I do live streaming of an event using 1Click?
- Yes. We support live streaming of events or training on our 1Click platform.
- How do you provide support for your products?
- We provide technical support by email and via our own video calling software for face to face support.
- Can I have phone support?
- We currently provide phone support to Gold plans. We also have excellent email support available 24/7. You can schedule calls if your question is not resolved on email or if you would like a demo.

- What happens at the end of my free trial?

- Can I change my plan?
- Yes. You can change between plans at any time. Your new plan will become effective from the day you change the plan. When you change your plans, your next invoice will be prorated depending on the number of days you used each plan.

- How do you ensure privacy and security?
- We use the same internet protocols as a bank for securly making video calls using our service. IBM is our cloud service provider which provides strict policies to ensure data is secured and usage data is private.

- We are a government organization/educational institution/NGO and would like to purchase your products. Do you have a special pricing for us?
